Not to be insensitive with the thread title, but yesterday, as I'm sure you all know by now, brought about two deaths:
- John Hughes, the director of such cult classics as Pretty in Pink, The Breakfast Club, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and one of my favorites, Planes, Trains and Automobiles (at only 59);
- Oscar-winning screenwriter Budd Schulberg, best known for On the Waterfront.
Death has been busy this past year, hasn't he?
