I haven't much to say about the Boston Marathon bombing and the ongoing manhunt; I share the shock and anguish of everyone, but from a fairly safe distance. Here though is a piece written by an old high school friend, who participated in the Marathon and missed the bombs by a few minutes. She's far more eloquent on the topic than I could hope to be.
I'll have a new film review up later tonight. I'm hammering away at some longer pieces but they may take awhile to complete; stay tuned.
