Cut the military budget by over a quarter by targeting the 2.6 million people on incapacity benefit. Targeting them, that is, on Helmund Province. Use them as weaponry against the Taliban insurgents by firing them out of rockets, cutting down on the billions spent on munitions and slashing the Government expenditure on Incapacity Benefits simultaneously. It's radical, its drastic and it will give those on incapacity work defending the United Kingdom from militant insurgents and terrorism. You heard it here first!
